Beaux-Arts de Paris presents, from 24 March to 24 May 2026, the new exhibition “Des mots et des mondes”, developed by the “Artistes & Métiers de l’exposition” programme and supported by Societe Generale, a patron of the institution since 2020.

On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, 30 emblematic works are being highlighted. 

 

Eva, born in 1983 and graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts de Paris in 2009, was a scholarship holder at the Central Saint Martins School in London. Before devoting himself to the visual arts, Nielsen studied modern languages and European studies at the Sorbonne. Her diverse academic background enriches her artistic practice, where she explores the boundaries between painting, photography and screen printing.

 

In May 2023, the Societe General Art Collection’s Acquisition Commitee commissioned Daniel Firman a sculpture. Larger than initially planned because the artist decided to take advantage of the location’s size, this piece is “one of the most beautiful in this iconic series,” according to Firman’s art dealer…

The call for applications for Villa Albertine’s 2025 residency season is open until February 1, 2024. From January to December 2025, Villa Albertine will support 50 one-to-three-month-long exploratory residencies across the United States. These residences will be primarily anchored in a single city with the option of multi-city stays for select projects.
