As part of its relationships with its partners, Societe Generale collects personal data concerning you for the purposes of managing and organizing activities related to the Art Collection, including organizing guided tours (notably: preparation of access badges), through forms and contact pages or through promotional activities of its collection.
Depending on the circumstances, the processing of your data is based on your consent, necessary for the performance of a contract, justified by Societe Generale’s legitimate interest, and/or required by a legal obligation to which Societe Generale is subject. For processing based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. This withdrawal will only apply to future processing and will not affect processing carried out between the date of your consent and the date of its withdrawal.
Your personal data is intended for Societe Generale and the service provider responsible for organizing the guided tours of the Art Collection, the service provider responsible for welcoming visitors outside the Societe Generale Group, and the Security Department of Societe Generale Group, within the limits necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them. Unless otherwise provided by law or regulation, the collected data is retained only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes described above, within the limits of applicable statutory limitation periods. Regarding data related to visits to the collection, it is retained for 15 days after the visit.
For the accomplishment of these purposes, the relevant data controller may be required to transfer the information collected to their entities, service providers, as well as their partners established outside the European Economic Area. These data transfers occur under conditions and guarantees designed to ensure the protection of your personal data (for example : authorization by the competent data protection authority, Standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission - Standard Contractual Clauses or SCCs).
Unless otherwise provided by legislative or regulatory provisions, the collected data is retained only for the duration necessary to achieve the purposes described above, within the limits of the applicable statute of limitations.
The data controllers concerned take appropriate physical, technical, and organizational measures to ensure or have ensured the security and confidentiality of personal data, to protect them against any loss, accidental destruction, alteration, and unauthorized access.
