Born in 1951
French painter.
Initially an artistic director in advertising and publishing until 1970, de la Boulaye then devoted his life to painting.
Up until the early 1990s, his work featured letters and signs as well as reoccurring figures that made up a repertoire of figurative shapes organised on light surfaces.
